Terms of Service

These terms apply to delhigpt.in and everything on it: the travel guides, the AI chat, and the metro, bus and food tools. DelhiGPT is operated by Aman Raj, an individual based in Delhi, India. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

DelhiGPT is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with DMRC, NMRC, DTC, the Archaeological Survey of India, any government body, or any restaurant or business we mention.

We work to keep guides accurate, but prices, timings, routes, entry rules and visa requirements change, and AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important with the official source before you travel, pay or make a decision. Nothing on DelhiGPT is legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.

You need a free account to use the chat. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create one. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Please don’t:

• use DelhiGPT for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service;
• scrape the site or chat in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• submit someone else’s personal data or content you don’t have the right to share.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans give you higher daily chat limits and faster replies, as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable taxes.

Plans renew automatically each week or month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, email delhigpt.in@gmail.com and we will look at it.

The guides, design and code of DelhiGPT belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit. The questions you type stay yours; you give us permission to process them to answer you and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Map and transit data come from public sources credited on each page.

DelhiGPT is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by relying on information that turned out to be wrong or out of date, such as a missed train or a closed venue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users.
